Carpal Tunnel
Carpal tunnel is one of the most common hand conditions. It is caused by pressure on the median nerve. The carpal tunnel is a narrow passageway surrounded by bones and ligaments on the palm side of the hand. When the median nerve is compressed, symptoms can include numbness, tingling and weakness in the thumb and fingers.
A blockage in the meridian pathway can produce pain in the body. Arthritis, degeneration, injury, and or surgery, can also produce pain in the body. Based on an in-depth history and examination; Angie will determine where the energy is blocked and choose points along that energy pathway.
